MEDINA, OH, (May 12, 2021) – The Dog Wizard, a nationwide mobile and facility-based dog training franchise, has expanded its corporate Customer Service team in an effort to provide even greater support to its growing number of franchise owners across the country. Chloe Darbrowski has been promoted to Customer Service Manager.
Darbrowski has been with The Dog Wizard for three years, previously as Customer Service Representative. Having demonstrated great initiative and consistently going above and beyond her job duties, owner Gretchen Hollifield was thrilled to elevate her position and provide an opportunity for her to grow in a new role. Her new responsibilities as Customer Service Manager include managing the corporate office team and overseeing all customer service functions, as well as further elevating the company’s already exceptional customer service standards and coaching the team through improvements.
Whittaker joins The Dog Wizard directly from the Better Software Company (BPRO), where she served as Enterprise Success Manager. As the franchise-based software utilized by The Dog Wizard, this makes her an immediate asset to the company with her invaluable knowledge and skillset. Whittaker’s role will include ensuring all office operations are operating seamlessly and efficiently, including analyzing reports and backend data to help improve franchise operations. She will serve as the primary contact to franchise owners in regards to BPRO technical questions and needs.
