About Aubrie
Aubrie Sidenblad has worked with dogs for seven years, six of those in professional dog training. She began her career as an apprentice under a behavior specialist, then expanded her skills by learning e-collar training at another company before moving into service dog training — one of the most demanding and rewarding specialties in the field. She now serves as Head Trainer at The Dog Wizard Highlands Ranch. As her career has progressed, dog reactivity has become her favorite challenge to work through. Watching a reactive dog grow into a calm, confident companion — and seeing the relief on an owner’s face — is what drives her work every day.
Having worked hands-on with hundreds of dogs, Aubrie understands that no two animals are the same. That depth of experience means she recognizes behavioral nuances that theory alone cannot teach. The Dog Wizard’s streamlined training approach — designed to be broadly applicable across a wide variety of dogs — gives her the framework to write practical, reliable guidance that owners can apply confidently, regardless of their dog’s breed, background, or behavioral history.
Credentials & Background
Aubrie holds the CPDT-KA (Certified Professional Dog Trainer — Knowledge Assessed) credential, awarded by the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (CCPDT) in 2024. Her training path spans behavior specialization, e-collar methodology, and two years of service dog training — giving her a broader practical foundation than most single-pathway trainers.
