Allison has been working with animals for over 10 years. Everything Allison has done in her life attributes to animals; she grew up doing 4-H in elementary and middle school and was on the FFA veterinary science team in high school, teaching her to be a responsible and trustworthy teacher and animal handler.

Straight out of high school, she started working for a veterinary clinic and a dog boarding facility, giving her outstanding patient care, attention to detail, and more valuable experience with dogs. She has many certifications, including dog behavior, puppy training, and customer service.

Allison knows how to make lessons and training fun and easy to understand.

Elijah Guevarra is a professional dog trainer specializing in basic obedience and reactivity, with four years of solid growth in the dog training industry. Elijah is dedicated to helping dogs and their owners achieve harmonious relationships with each other.

Elijah graduated from Sam Houston State University with a degree in Art and Business, combining creativity with a strategic approach to training and a passion for advanced obedience and dog sports. At home, Elijah has a German Shepherd mix named Hero, who plays a vital role in training sessions by offering real-life demonstrations of effective training methods.

Elijah’s goal is to offer an advanced obedience class with a specialization in focused heeling. Outside of training, Elijah enjoys exploring new training methodologies and participating in dog sports.

After a successful 35-year career in the transportation and logistics industry, where he held roles such as Vice President of Operations and CEO, Robert Norris made a bold move to pursue his passion for dogs and his community. Together with his wife, Sandy, the couple transitioned from the corporate world to entrepreneurship, purchasing The Dog Wizard Woodlands franchise. Robert and Sandy have been happily married for over 38 years and are proud parents of three grown children. They share their home with two wonderful Airedale Terriers, June and Bella, who inspire their work every day.

Driven by a shared love for dogs and people, Robert and Sandy are committed to strengthening the bond between pet owners and their pets through professional dog training. They believe training goes beyond teaching basic commands like sit, down, and come—it’s about helping owners truly understand their dog’s behavior and empowering them to guide their pets in making better decisions.

Equally passionate about customer service, Robert and Sandy prioritize making the training process as seamless and enjoyable as possible, ensuring every client feels supported and satisfied. At The Dog Wizard Woodlands, their mission is to transform relationships, one well-trained dog at a time.

Ciara has been involved with animals from a young age, starting with hands-on experience through FFA live projects. She has over 10 years of experience working with animals and 7 years dedicated specifically to working with dogs, with a strong background in rescue and shelter work.

During high school, Ciara completed Advanced Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine courses, building a solid foundation in animal care. While working in rescue and shelter settings, she has worked closely alongside veterinarians, assisting with surgeries, administering medications and vaccines, and gaining valuable medical knowledge along the way.

Ciara’s goal is to work with rescue and shelter dogs to help them succeed and find their perfect lifelong homes. She is deeply passionate about advocating for these dogs, supporting their behavioral and emotional needs, and giving them the tools they need to thrive with their forever families.
