I can’t say enough about how amazing Rebekah was with training my dog. I rescued my dog, Buehring, all the way from Kuwait while deployed with the Army, and once she arrived in Round Rock, Texas, I knew I needed to get her into obedience training right away. I reached out for information and met with Rebekah the very next day—and I knew immediately she was the right one for the job.

Buehring attended the 14-day board-and-train program, and the results were incredible. We received daily updates and videos showing her progress, which gave me so much peace of mind. Halfway through the program, they even brought her home to show us everything she had learned so far, and I was beyond impressed.

Rebekah didn’t just do an outstanding job training my dog—she also trained me as an owner, teaching me how to continue building on everything Buehring had learned. If you’re looking for a company that truly cares and delivers real results, I highly recommend them. Rebekah is exceptional at what she does.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with The Dog Wizard. My dog Wally is a handful and after my husband passed away, he was hard to handle on my own. I needed help! Signing up was easy and affordable. Rebekkah was an amazing trainer and walked me through everything so I can continue to help Wally be manageable so I can enjoy life with him instead of struggling to take him for a walk. Lily was returned to me today after 1 week of board and train with Michael.
Michael accomplished all items I wanted him to address with Lily and explained how I can practice those training techniques to keep Lily on track .
I am looking forward to the Saturday Support Classes.

A special shout out for The Dog Wizard Round Rock for helping me with my dog, Roger. I'd gotten Roger from the local shelter several months ago. Roger is a reactive dog. With the training and the support of Michael, Roger is much more lovable and responsive. The classes on Saturday really highlight Roger's strengths and brings to light some issues still needing attention. Michael was easy to talk with, he listened to our needs and planned our training sessions accordingly. He understood our need to learn and be on the same track to accomplish a change in our puppy’s behaviors. We take him everywhere and it was inportant for him to have good manners as well as being social. We felt like we could talk to Michael about everything. We are very proud of Oreos accomplishments and know it was Michael that helped us get to that point. And am excited to take advantage of the support offered by the dog wizard as we travel around the country in our RV.

The Dog Wizard Round Rock offers a free evaluation. Most locations will even come to you to do one! This enables our trainers to meet you and your dog, go over your training goals and find a program that works for you. Give us a call and we will help you set one up.
The Dog Wizard trainers are well versed in a variety of training tools; from food to collars to remote collars. We know that not all dogs do well with every tool and we will help you decide what tool is best for your dog as well as what tools you’re comfortable with using. At the end of the day, whatever tool you’re comfortable in using will be the one you’re most consistent in using and that’s what’s most important to us.
It is never too late to start teaching your dog new habits. It will take more time and effort than teaching a new puppy but you will love the outcome.

In order to know how long it will take to train your dog, we will need to do a free consultation. During your consultation, we will get to understand what you are looking to gain from the training as well as evaluate your dog to see what we will need to do to get him where you would like him to be. At that point, we will be able to give you a timeline for his training.
