If you want to start your puppy off on the right foot, Puppy Preschool is for you! This may be one of the best things you could do for your new puppy, and yourself! Between the ages of 8 to 12 weeks, your puppy is particularly affected by the events that take place in their lives, both good and bad. In order to set your puppy up for success, it is best to try to fill this time with as many positive and new experiences as possible. Many behavior problems like digging, chewing, and separation anxiety can be learned in this early stage of their life, so doing as much as you can now to prevent these problems from developing later is a smart move.
Our Puppy Preschool classes cover a wide range of issues you may be experiencing with your puppy including; housebreaking, crate training, chewing, play biting, digging, and jumping, just to name a few. We dedicate part of each class to letting the puppies socialize and play with each other to help teach them how to properly interact with other dogs. Each class will also include an organized activity that will cover one or more of the following:
Obedience Commands (Come, Sit, Down, Place)
Object Socialization (getting them used to skateboards, bicycles, vacuums, etc)
Puppy Health and Safety
Puppies are welcome to attend as many classes as you like up until the puppy is 6 months old.
